The key? Start by listing ALL factors related to your goal. Then, sort them into three categories:
· What's within your immediate control
· What you can influence
· What's outside your control entirely
Here's the crucial shift: Focus your energy on what you can control or influence, rather than fixating on external factors beyond your reach. Most of us do the opposite, spending valuable mental energy on circumstances we can't change.
